David A. Sucec
David A. Sucec is a native Houstonian and graduate of St. Thomas High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans in 2003 and his J.D from the University of Houston Law Center in 2007, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, David clerked in the Probate Court No. One of Harris County with Judge Russell Austin.
David joined Randall Evans in the firm's probate and estate section as an Associate Attorney in 2007. David's practice focuses on assisting clients in achieving their wealth preservation and transfer planning objectives through designing wills, establishing trusts, planning gifts, establishing charitable foundations and assisting with other charitable planning, utilizing family limited partnerships and other closely held entities, and more. He also advises and represents families in the probate of wills, administration of estates and trusts, and representation before the Internal Revenue Service in estate and gift tax matters, and has collaborated with the litigation section in probate and trust litigation matters.
David is a member of the Houston Bar Association Probate, Trusts and Estate Section, the Texas Bar Association Real Estate, Probate and Trust Section, the American Bar Association Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section, the Order of the Barons, and the Houston Estate and Financial Forum, and has served on the Woodway Financial Advisors Advisory Committee.
