Super Lawyers names Texas' top lawyers as chosen by their peers and through the independent research of Law & Politics. The list of 2005 Texas Super Lawyers is based on surveys of the more than 55,000 attorneys across the state who have been licensed to practice for five years or more. The goal was to select as Super Lawyers the top 5 percent of Texas attorneys in more than 60 practice areas. The list of Texas Super Lawyers is published annually in the October issues of TEXAS MONTHLY and Texas Super Lawyers.
