David A. Sucec, a native Houstonian, received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans in 2003 and his J.D from the University of Houston Law Center in 2007.  During his first summer of law school, David interned at the Probate Court No. One of Harris County with Judge Russell Austin where he solidified his desire to practice in the field of estate planning.

      Less than a year later, David began working with Randall Evans in the estate planning and probate section of the firm, where he has remained ever since.
